ÖIAG [Österreichische Industrie Holding AG] is in charge of the management and sale of SOEs, run by the MOF in Austria. There is a special law - 'The ÖIAG Law' that gives provisions for basic functions, organization structures, sales and benefits of state ownership. The corporate governance of ÖIAG used the dual layer system; there is a supervisory board and management board and there are no representatives from the MOF.
