Research project on Corporate Governance of foreign SOEs.

The SOE reforms in many countries since 1990 were concentrated on decreasing their proportion and improving corporate governance. Some experiences on ownership entity and their function as well as ownership management framework, have important uses for references. Such as ownership entity’s major function is acting as a owner, clear ownership policy, strong independence of the board of directors and responsible for the business operation result, normative reporting system and high standard disclosure, the effect are better if the goals and corporate governance using Capital Model or Management Model, the goal of SOEs should be clear, simple and disclosed.
